This is a benefited, fulltime position generally working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (no weekends). Located in Carmel Valley. Eligible for Manager Incentive Compensation Plan.

Your job duties:
- Manages daily staffing for assigned clinic operations.
- Ensures nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety.
- Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, shares leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily staffing plans.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Works in partnership with Management and Physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care.
- Management and development of clinical staff.
- Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit(s).
- Participates in budget planning and management.
- Takes proactive initiative in quality management.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- High school diploma
- Three years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling & billing systems.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, train and evaluate staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare business and operational practices.

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree.
