Join a winning team supporting Administration at our Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo as an Administrative Coordinator. In this important and high-visibility role, you will provide support to senior leadership, assisting with newsletters, reminders, orders, and scheduling functions.
General Administrative Coordinator duties may include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing clerical, administrative and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution and reception.
- Having in-depth knowledge of the unit’s operations, organization and procedures.
- Maintaining office files and records in accordance with internal procedures.
- Receiving and referring visitors and telephone callers.
- Responding to requests for information.
- Opening and distributing mail.
- Providing a full range of administrative data management and coordination of reporting and project duties for the department.
- Analysis and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Maintaining appointment calendars.
This is a benefit-eligible Full Time, Monday – Friday role from 8AM – 5PM located at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo. Flexibility is a must as you may occasionally be asked to come in early or stay late as business needs arise.
$24.12-$35.35/hour

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
