One Employee’s Path from Patient Service Rep to RN

Alicia always knew she wanted to be a nurse. While serving as a Patient Service Representative at Scripps, she started attending nursing school. She used many of the career planning resources we offer, including tuition reimbursement and career coaching.

Following her career coaching experience, she applied to the New Graduate RN Residency Program and was accepted. She is now a registered nurse working at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
