• Two years of recent acute RN experience
• BSN preferred
• Current California RN license
• Case management and/or home care experience preferred
• BLS for Health Care Providers from the American Heart Association
• Case management certification highly preferred

• 8 weeks

The program uses a blended learning approach:

• Instructor-led lectures that focus on processes, skills demonstration, simulation exercises and case scenarios
• Clinical shifts with other specialty roles within the case management setting as well as site clinical shifts and
preceptor assignments
• eLearning developed for case management and transition of care as well as Scripps-specific eLearning
