Nancy C.

Clinical Research Assistant

“My favorite part of my role is being able to help our patients through their journey and knowing we are all part of their team to fight cancer! Scripps is one of the best organizations I have been a part of. They truly care about their employees and working mother’s like me. Scripps treats all employees fairly and the resources they offer such as EAP is amazing! Everyone is always willing to help or support you no matter what your situation may be. Everyone comes together and works as a team!”

“My favorite part in my role at Scripps is I get to interact with patients and different departments in the hospital, as well as learning what each department does. The advice I would give new hires is utilize your resources, always ask for help because everyone here at Scripps is willing to help.”
