Job Description
This is an exempt Salary RN role that is partially remote with 1 day per week site visit. The schedule is 5 days a week with a 8 hour flexible day shift. No Holidays or weekends.

Join Scripps Clinic as a RN Regulatory & Accreditation Coordinator where you will manage the ASC functions of: Accreditation, Licensure, Quality and Compliance, and Infection Control for the Carmel Valley ASC and the Jefferson clinic in Oceanside ASC.
In this role, you will participate in the Quality improvement committee and Medical Advisory Board with responsibilities of maintaining Surgical Site Infection Data utilizing EPIC report (working closely with Epidemiology), Midas Data reports, Patient Satisfaction. ASC Specific Policy management, working closely with Medical Director and Medical Advisory Board. Infection Preventionists at 2 ASC sites conducting infection control rounds. On-going AAAHC accreditation readiness including Mock Surveys, Emergency Operation Plan, Quality Studies. Medical Staff Coordinator for Privileging duties along with Peer Review process. Prepare data in spreadsheet and graphs, showing correlation and comparisons between sites.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an ambulatory or hospital surgery department ( PreOp, OR, PACU)
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to ASC Surgery and Accreditation Standards (AAAHC) and other system-wide applicable requirements and policies.
Required Certification/Registration:
- Registered Nurse in the State of California
Preferred Skills:
- Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
- Organized with great communication and team skills
