Job Description

This is a full-time, benefited, salaried Manager position with a varied shift, primarily based at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. This is a multi-site leadership role with oversight across several clinic locations, with operating hours ranging from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Travel to satellite locations—including Santee, Lakeside, Eastlake, and Rancho San Diego—will be required.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
· BLS from the American Heart Association
· Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
· 5 years’ experience in General Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography or Cardiology
· Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial capabilities required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Previous supervisory experience in an inpatient or outpatient Imaging Department
