Job Description

Provides advanced administrative and operational leadership support to ensure smooth daily operations within the department. Oversees Radiology coordinator staffing workflows, including monthly schedules, radiologist rotation updates, and assignment queue coordination to maintain accurate coverage. Serves as a primary liaison between radiologists, clinical staff, technical teams, and external providers. Coordinates radiologist conferences, departmental meetings, and workflow communication. Trains and onboards new radiology staff and supports evolving departmental processes. Oversees key clinical and technical workflows, radiology workflow systems, and other specialized processes to support departmental operations and ensure high-quality outcomes. Communicates planned system downtimes and upgrades, supports urgent Stroke, Trauma, and IR on-call coordination, and performs additional duties as needed to ensure efficient imaging operations and patient care.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: One year of customer/patient service experience in a healthcare setting. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills, including MS Office. Adaptable and able to handle large volumes of work.

Required Certification/Registration:

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:Two years of customer/patient service experience in a healthcare setting. Previous training experience and leadership skills. Ability to multi-task and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Position Pay Range: $26.45-$34.33/hour

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
