We’re also home to notable specialty programs, including cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services (including a Level III neonatal intensive care unit) and a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Job Description

Performs and directs the activities involving anesthesia-cardio care for patients in the surgery department demonstrating plan of care/interventions appropriately modified to meet age specific needs of the patient population served. Performs other patient and comfort duties as needed to maintain the flow of patient care in the department. Adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: High School education or equivalent. One year experience in cardiology and/or anesthesia with hemodynamic monitoring. Knowledge must include equipment and supplies. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.

Required Certification/Registration: BLS health care provider.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: A.S. degree in cardiopulmonary technology or equivalent education and training.

Position Pay Range: $30.58-$44.41/hour
