Job Description
This is a casual (per diem) position working a 10-hour, varied day shift with a 7:00 AM start time. The expectation is to work 1–3 shifts per week and participate in the on-call rotation, including a Saturday call shift approximately every 8 weeks. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.

Required Qualifications:
- Current BLS from American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program (or Military program equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EP Lab and/or Interventional Cath Lab required
- Ability to monitor or scrub advanced specialty procedures in an EP or Interventional Cath Lab
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in:
- Scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of advanced specialty procedures
- Teaching others these roles and procedures (e.g., TAVR, Mitral Clip, Lariat, Watchman, complex peripheral procedures)
- Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations
- Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
- Current ACLS from American Heart Association
- Current RCIS and/or RCES certification
