Job Description
This is a Full-Time benefited position. Our clinic hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
Position is located at Scripps Hillcrest Clinic with the Hematology/Oncology team.

We invite you to join Hematology/Oncology team at Scripps Hillcrest as a Supervisor of Clinic Operations. Our Hematology/Oncology Clinic team is committed to our patients and their family members experience as they journey through cancer. As a Supervisor of Clinic Operations, you will be responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of a department. Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership. In addition…
- Ensures effective use of system resources.
- Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities.
- Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule.
- Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- High school diploma plus three years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling & billing systems.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, train and evaluate staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare business and operational practices.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other applicable systems.
