Job Description
This is a benefited, full-time position generally working 8-hr shifts Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-5pm. Hours will vary based on need. Located at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla.

Your job duties:
- Roughly 50/50 with direct, face-to-face patient care and computer/phone work.
- Perform patient need assessments and develop plan care.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services to include the administration of medications and educating patients.
- Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within the RN scope of practice.
- Referral Triage.

This position will support all Perinatology locations and seven physicians.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Prior OB/GYN RN experience
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS from American Heart Association
- Must be able to successfully multi-task and remain calm and professional during hectic times.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Prior experience in an ambulatory/clinic setting
- OBGYN experience
- RN experience in Perinatology &/or Labor & Delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Antenatal testing experience
