Job Description
This is a Full Time, benefitted, salaried role as a Respiratory Therapist (RCP) Supervisor in Encinitas. The shift is on Night shift 1400-2200 Monday – Friday however you may need to be available outside of this timeframe on occasion for meetings and other events.
This position is eligible for the yearly Supervisor incentive compensation plan.

A Respiratory Therapy Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities focused on managing and overseeing the daily operations of the respiratory therapy department. Overall, the role requires leadership, management skills and a deep understanding of respiratory care practices.

- Continuing Education and Professional Development
- Quality Assurance Process
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Graduate of accredited respiratory Therapy School
- Three years or more of related experience.
Required Certification/Registration:
- California RCP license
- RRT required
- BLS certified through the American Heart Association
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelors/Masters degree preferred.
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
