Your Role CNS, also known as Advanced Practice Nurse, you will:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care in ICU.
- Collaborate across departments, providing expert guidance and support in nursing practice.
- Take a lead role in house-wide clinical program planning, helping to shape the future of care at Scripps Mercy.
- Use evidence-based practices and system theories to drive continuous improvement in patient care and nursing protocols.
- Serve as a resource for education, research, and performance improvement within your areas of expertise, empowering frontline staff to make informed, point-of-care decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate standards of care, ensuring alignment with the latest clinical practices.

Position Pay Range: $64.07-$95.04/hour

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
