Job Description
Assign/direct work of Pharmacy staff, coach staff, and provides functional expertise essential to support operations in the Pharmacy department. Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff. Participates and oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedules. Responsible for hiring, training, conducting performance evaluations, and discipline employees. Facilitates teamwork and good interdepartmental relationships and collaborates with other health care disciplines and supports the needs of the patients and families. Facilitates competencies as outlined in Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist Competency Assessment tools. Helps to develop and implement performance improvement activities. May be required to perform staff pharmacist duties when needed.
$82.22-$102.78/hour
