The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the technical expert on all department systems. Collaborates with all levels of staff on inventory and distribution system development and modifications. Analyzes processes to identify new processes and resolves workflow issues and program improvements. Serves as a project lead as appropriate providing functional direction and guidance.
This is a full-time, benefitted position located in San Diego for the day shift. Once fully training this position will be hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days work from home.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in related area with at least 3 years experience in area of Lawson ERP.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of database functionality with ability to translate customer requests into actionable reports.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- 2 or more years of Supply Chain experience in healthcare environment.
- Experience with Lawson ERP system.
- Experience creating Dashboards, Predictive Analytics, Clinical Analytics, Metrics, Queries, MMIS, and Data Integrity.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerBi and Access experience.
- Experience with running reports, report analytics and maintaining data integrity.
- Knowledge of medical supplies and purchasing.
