This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with a Monday – Friday, (7:30AM – 4:30PM or 8AM – 5PM), schedule located at our Scripps Business Services office in 4S Ranch (after training, this position has a partial remote schedule). Join a highly engaged team by providing Executive Assistant support to the Chief Executive, Accountable Care Organization/Corporate Vice President, Population Health, and the Assistant Vice President of Scripps Coastal Medical Center at Scripps Health, as well as to the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) board. Ideal candidates should possess a high level of independent self-management, be polished and professional, be organized and show attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills in all formats. Ability to successfully manage complex calendars and triage incoming scheduling requests is a must.
As an Executive Assistant, you will perform the following functions:
- Perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
- Organize and expedite flow of work through executive’s office and initiate any follow-up action.
- Frequently access highly confidential information and files.
- Communicate with contacts at all levels in the organization, industry, and community.
- Have an understanding of the executive’s job and method of operation, in addition to the operations and procedures of their department(s) and organization.
- Communicate executive’s instructions or desires to various individuals and/or departments and furnish and obtain information from other executives.
- Schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Organize and maintain files of correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
- Prepare special reports, gathering, and summarizing data.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Position Pay Range: $30.83-$45.71/hour

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments while maintaining professional composure
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent discernment or problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and high level of personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly dynamic individual with excellent organization and communication skills
- Expertise in Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Prior experience supporting corporate executives
