Join our team supporting the Cardiac Cath Lab Department at Scripps La Jolla as a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be flexible and easily adapt to the changing needs and tasks of the department.
- Monitor patient prior to and after the procedures
- Administer medications
- assist physicians during Cath procedures (both scheduled and emergency) angioplasties, pacemaker implantation and other cardiac procedures
· Share leadership responsibilities for the nursing unit including managing daily staffing plans
$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

Required:
- 1 year recent experience as an RN in the Cath Lab, ICU and/or ED
- Current CA RN License
- BLS and ACLS for the Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred:
- Two (2) years Cath Lab experience
