This is the ideal position for someone with a passion for people and service.  An expert critical thinker with the ability to drive for results.  As Talent Advisor will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.  You will guide the hiring manager through the selection process to ensure a quality hire and function as a strategic business partner with leadership on all Talent Management related issues including the development of effective attraction, selection and talent engagement strategies.  You’ll collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that ensure appropriate Talent/staffing resources across the system. Play in integral role in providing operational analysis, trending, benchmarking and research to support leadership in doing effective staffing projections.  You will execute offer strategies with hiring managers to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of compensation practices.  Represent Scripps at career events, conferences, and community job fairs promoting career opportunities for the organization.
This is a full time position.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree and expert level negotiation skills.
  • High level critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret and respond to what other's want.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills. In addition, must have working knowledge of affirmative action documentation and file maintenance and applicable reporting.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Access). Strong organizational skills; detail orientation with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: 
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working at a multisite healthcare system.
  • Proven sourcing strategies in a healthcare setting
