Join our Interventional Radiology team a a Supervisor, Patient Care where you you will ensure nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Patient Care Manager, shares leadership responsibilities for the IR unit, including managing daily staffing plans.  Ensures the safe transition of patients thru the continuum of care to include active participation of nursing staff in planning and coordinating patient care, and direct hand-off to next appropriate level of care.
 

Job Requirements

This is a full-time position

 
Required Criteria
  • At least two (2) years of applicable RN experience within IR/Cath Lab or ICU, one of which in a leadership role. (Charge)
  • Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through.
  • Current CA State RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English
 
Preferred Criteria
  • 5 years IR experience in a Level I Trauma Hospital
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
