Join a winning team supporting the Ambulatory Surgery Center as an RN Supervisor of Clinic Operations. As the RN supervisor you will bring your expertise, compassion, and excellence to all we do. The RN Supervisor of Clinic Operations manages daily staffing for assigned clinic operations. Ensures nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, the RN Supervisor shares leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily staffing plans. Responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency. Works in partnership with management and physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care. Management and development of clinical staff. Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit. Participates in budget planning and management. Takes proactive initiative in quality management.

This is a full time salary position, days, and located at Rancho San Diego.

Job Requirements

Required:

•Current California RN license.
•Current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA)
•Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning, and follow-through.
•Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.

Preferred:
•Minimum three years of nursing experience with demonstrated excellence in clinical nursing practice and leadership preferred
Outpatient experience
•BSN and/or certification in area of specialty preferred.
