Join a Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding over 5000 hires a year.  The team proudly boasts a positive, collaborate, engaged and supportive working environment.
 
This is the ideal position for someone with an employment marketing background with internal marketing or agency experience.
 
As the Talent Engagement Specialist, you will execute the departments strategic planning and contributes to its success through effectively engaging talent for Scripps Health. You'll work closely with the Director, Talent Advisors, Marketing and vendors to bring the award winning culture to life. Additionally, you will participate in continuous process improvement activities. Work on exciting projects such as the careers site, CRM strategy, and the employee value proposition.
 
This role combines your ability to be creative and use data to drive decision making.
 
This is a Full Time - Benefitted - Salaried position located in La Jolla.

 
 

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience in marketing or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in talent acquisition marketing, multimedia advertising and communication strategies, direct sourcing tactics, and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in presentation, excel and social media.
  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with all levels of talent.
  • Able to represent Scripps with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Employment marketing experience.
  • Expert PowerPoint experience.
  • Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Ability to collaborate with internal marketing and third party agencies.
  • Previous employment marketing experience.
