RN SUPERVISOR, CLINIC OPERATIONS – Anderson Outpatient Pavilion, La Jolla

As the RN Supervisor of Clinic Operations you will manage the assigned clinic operations to ensure nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice.  Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, you will share leadership responsibilities for the staff of Medical Assistants, LVN's and RN's, including managing daily staffing plans and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency. Works in partnership with management and physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care. Management and development of clinical staff. Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit. Participates in budget planning and management. Takes proactive initiative in quality management.

This is a full-time, 8 hour DAY shift position.

Job Requirements

•         Current California RN license.
•         Current BLS from the American Heart Association
•         Prior RN experience
•         Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning, and follow-through.
•         Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.

•         3 or more years of nursing experience within a clinic/ambulatory setting
•         BSN
