This outpatient clinic is located in sunny San Diego, CA and minutes from our beautiful beaches and central to the vibrant La Jolla community.  You will experience the pride, and support of being a member of an outstanding team at our Anderson Medical Pavilion where we share a culture of providing excellent care to our patients and each other. 
The RN Clinic Operations Supervisor manages daily staffing for assigned clinic operations. Ensures nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, shares leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily staffing plans. Is responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency. Works in partnership with management and physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care. Management and development of clinical staff. Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit(s). Participates in budget planning and management. Takes proactive initiative in quality management.
 

Please note this position has a Monday through Friday work schedule and is a exempt/salaried.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Associates degree plus two years applicable clinical experience.
 
Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through.
 
Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.
 
Graduate of an accredited program.

Maintains current California RN license.
 
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
 
Competencies/certifications required for the highest level RN under their direction.

Preferred Qualifications:
BSN and/or certification in area of specialty preferred if applicable.
 
Leadership experience.
