Job Description

Our cancer treatment room RN's have a patient workload of 6-8 patients a day.
The RN in our cancer treatment rooms perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate. Educates patients and documents patient interactions. Practices infection control. Contributes to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
 

Please note this position has an availability as the work week will vary between Monday and Friday and a work schedule and hours will vary between 7:30AM to 7:30PM.  This position will also work at multiple clinical sites.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Completion of accredited RN program.

Current CA RN license
 
Current American Heart Associate Healthcare Provider BLS certificate
 
Minimum 1 year RN oncology experience
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
OCN credential
 
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire
