    • Experts in primary care medicine, including pediatrics
    • More than 20 medical and surgical specialties, including allergy, cancer care, endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology, sports medicine and urology

  • The RN - Clinical Services is a clinical leader in the department, working in conjunction with physicians, LVNs, and Medical Assistants to ensure the best care possible for the patients and community.
    The RN is responsible for all aspects of the Nursing Process. Assessment of the patients needs, developing a Plan of the care, Implementing the plan and Evaluating the outcome. This will include performing direct and indirect patient care services to include the administration of medications, therapeutic agents and emergency procedures. Observation of signs and symptoms of illness and determination of abnormal characteristics. Education of patients and their families and documentation of patient interactions. The RN will also contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within the RN scope of practice.

    Job Requirements

    Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Completion of accredited RN program Additional requirements vary according to specialty and duties performed in business unit.

    Required Certification/Registration:
    • Current California RN license.
    • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
     
    Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Prefer minimum of one year of RN experience, preferably in a pain management (or similar) environment.
