This a fast paced women's health clinic where we care for expectant mother, mother after delivery and newborn child.
At Scripps, the OB/GYN RN is responsible for all aspects of the nursing process. Assessment of the patient's needs, developing a world class plan of care, implementing the plan and evaluating the outcome. This will include performing direct and indirect patient care services to include the administration of medications, therapeutic agents and emergency procedures. Observation of signs and symptoms of illness and determination of abnormal characteristics. Education of patients and their families and documentation of patient interactions. The RN will also contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within the RN scope of practice.

Job Requirements

Please note this position has a Monday through Friday work schedule and hours are listed as 8AM to 5PM
Required Qualifications:
Completion of accredited RN program Additional requirements vary according to specialty and duties performed in business unit.

Current California RN license.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer minimum of one year of experience.
