This clinic is located in sunny San Diego, CA and minutes from our beautiful beaches and central to the vibrant La Jolla community.  You will experience the pride, and support of being a member of an outstanding team at Scripps where we share a culture of providing excellent care to our patients and each other. 
At Scripps, the RN is responsible for all aspects of the nursing process. Assessment of the patient's needs, developing a world class plan of care, implementing the plan and evaluating the outcome. This will include performing direct and indirect patient care services to include the administration of medications, therapeutic agents and emergency procedures. Observation of signs and symptoms of illness and determination of abnormal characteristics. Education of patients and their families and documentation of patient interactions. The RN will also contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within the RN scope of practice.
Please note this position has a varied work schedule and varied 8 hour shifts.  (830AM to 5PM, 930AM to 6PM, 1030AM to 7PM and 1230 to 9PM)

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Completion of accredited RN program Additional requirements vary according to specialty and duties performed in business unit.
Current California RN license.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer minimum of one year of experience.
