Join the Business Services Team supporting Scripps Health as a Revenue Cycle Provider Liaison. This is an exciting new role developed to bridge the gap between Scripps highly engaged Business Services Team and Providers throughout San Diego. Together, you’ll bring your expertise, compassion and excellence to all that we do.
 
The Revenue Cycle Provider Liaison will serve as the key representative between the Scripps business service team, division physicians, administrators and other stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities.  The liaison provides client satisfaction by proactively managing relationships and building organization connectivity through understanding provider and operations needs. You’ll act as a resource to providers and operational leaders on how to best conduct analyses on charging activities, revenue reconciliation, and approach to address both clinical and charging workflows.  Additionally, the role will focus on providing root cause analyses, identifies potential operational gaps that may adversely impact charging activities, and coordinates efforts with appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution.
  
This is a Full Time, 80 hour Bi-weekly position.  In this role the liaison will be responsible for serving hospitals and clinics throughout San Diego

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare/medical office environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Innovative with the ability to identify, anticipate and problem solve.
  • Able to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to present to key stake holders including physicians.
 
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor's Degree
