We invite you to join our Mercy Surgery Pavilion team as a Regulatory & Accreditation Coordinator. The coordinator manages the functions of: Accreditation, Licensure, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Life Safety and Infection Control for Scripps Mercy Surgery Pavilion.

This is a Full Time position (64 hours per pay period) located at our Scripps Mercy San Diego in the Hillcrest area.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an ambulatory or hospital surgery department.
  • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Accreditation Standards (AAAHC) and other system-wide applicable requirements and policies.

Required Certification/Registration:
  • Registered Nurse in the State of California.
