Join our close knit Cardiac OR team at the prestigious Prebys Cardiovascular Institute where you will work with some of the top doctors and nurses in the country. You will conduct patient care assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN will take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision. This team is seeking someone who can communicate easily, is detail oriented, flexible and is able to manage emergencies.  If you are looking to take your career to the next level, this is the right choice.
 
This position is a 12 hour full time (72 hours per pay period) Day shift with varied start times.  Includes call

Job Requirements

Required
  • Two years of RN cardiac experience in the Operating Room
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
  • Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
 Preferred  
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Trauma experience
  • CNOR
