Join a winning team in our EP Cath Lab Recovery unit where you are working with both moderate sedation and anesthesia patients in a busy but non-stressful environment.  As an RN Lead you will enjoy leading a team and are passionate about growth and change.  Within this position you will have a mixture of administration and charge nurse shifts with varying start times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tracking time and attendance, editing time cards, writing staff schedules, updating licensure and certifications, ensuring staff completion of mandatory education, education planning, assisting supervisor with annual evaluations, leading staff meetings, attend site meetings, facilitate daily staff huddles with a focus on MDI and PICK boards, collaborate with supervisor to sustain productivity and accountability standards, and  maintain the unit for survey readiness.
This position is Full Time, 8 hour Varied shift, no weekends, no call and no holidays. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum (2) two years recent experience as an RN in PACU, ICU or PCU
  • Current CA RN License
  • BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors
  • 2 or more years of team leading experience (charge, lead or supervisor)
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
