Join our Scripps Ambulatory Surgery (ASC) team within Pre-op, PACU and Pre Surgical evaluation (PSE)  as an RN responsible for providing direct patient care including assessment, planning and implementing care; and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. Primary responsibility is to ensure safe high quality patient centered care and you will be amongst a team that is dedicated to creating an environment that is focused on restoring function and optimizing care, while maintaining the respect, autonomy and individuality of every patient. You will have the support of your team to ensure optimal patient care and success in your role.

Job Requirements

This is a Varied DAY shift, 8 hour – Part-time
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year as an RN in Pre-Op, PACU or Pre-Surgical Evaluation   
  • Current CA RN License
  • BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years RN experience in an ASC or main Operating Room 
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
  • BSN
