The Registered Nurse Lead is responsible for the management and coordination of patient care within the Care Unit on a per shift basis. This is accomplished through implementation and integration of the nursing process, through assignment and supervision of appropriate staff, and in coordination and collaboration with physicians. The Lead RN functions as the Care Unit expert and provides functional direction to members of the Patient Care team. 
 

Job Requirements

This position is Full Time, 10 hour Day Shift 
Required:

  • Three (3) years of recent OR RN experience
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
  • Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors 

Preferred:
  • Five years recent Registered Nurse OR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
