We invite you to our Radiology Department at the Anderson Medical Pavilion in La Jolla as a Rad Tech.  Scripps Imaging is recognized for having the latest diagnostic imaging technology in order to consistently deliver quality patient care. We have leading-edge practice environments and seek equipment that offers better ergonomics, reduced exposure rates, and timesaving tools to help our imaging professionals do what they do best to offer exceptional care.
 
The Rad Tech is responsible for providing age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
 
This is a part-time position (up to 48 hours per pay period), and requires both Saturday and Sunday shifts every week.

Job Requirements

Experience/Specialized Skills: Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology. Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Certification/Registration: CRT, Fluoroscopy eligible (Must obtain within 6 months of hire date). BLS.

Preferred Education/Course(s)/Training: 1-2 years experience. Knowledge of patient focused care delivery.
