Join our Radiology Department as a Rad Tech at the Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo.  This clinic is one of the largest within the Scripps Health system and the Radiology department performs thousands of exams per month covering a wide variety of different modalities. Scripps Imaging is recognized for having the latest diagnostic imaging technology available to deliver the highest quality patient care.
The ideal candidate is versatile and enjoys functioning both as part of a small team as well as working independently on a diverse range of cases. This cohesive out-patient clinic is a career destination where top imaging professionals are dedicated to providing excellent patient care. 
The Rad Tech is responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This position is Part Time (40 Hours per pay period), and is primarily located at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo but must be flexible on rotating to other clinics as needed.

Job Requirements

Required Experience/Specialized Skills: Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology. Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Certification/Registration: CRT, Fluoroscopy Eligible (Must obtain within 6 months of hire date), and BLS.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: 1-2 years experience. Knowledge of patient focused care delivery.
