Join a winning team supporting the Electrophysiology Department at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla as a RAD TECH – CATH LAB/EP. Working together you’ll bring your expertise, compassion and excellence. The RAD TECH – CATH LAB/EP will provide age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with our dedicated nurses and physicians. You’ll adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participate in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities; maintain own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
 
This position is Full Time (72 hours per 2-week pay period), 12 Hour DAY shifts, Monday-Friday, located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a EP
  • California Certified Rad Tech
  • CA Fluoroscopy Certification
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/education program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • ARRT
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
