The Project Specialist position provides organizational and project coordination within the assigned department.  Develops detailed timelines and project plans.  Works with assigned department and vendors to ensure systems and programs are functioning effectively.  Collaborates with others to promote programs through written and electronic communications.
Research and analyze regulatory guidelines. Prepare high level reports. Create educational material and publications. Organize new process for coding implementation. Analyze process for improvement on coding initiatives. Maintenance of assign databases. Work in collaboration with RCSP for distribution of research and work.
This is a Full Time Salaried position working Days.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience to include 1 year of program/project coordination.
  • Proficient with PC-based computer systems; Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor's Degree
