As Project Manager RN you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, taking projects from initial concept through final implementation.
  • This includes defining project scope and objectives, developing work plans, acquiring resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to deadlines and within budget and policy and procedure formulation and implementation.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Develops and manages Case Management educations materials related to patient logistics.
  • Maintains database of all current policy documents.
  • Ensure appropriate leaders/departments.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • BSN including 3-5years of progressively responsible experience in Case Management within an Acute Care Setting.
  • Experience in project management with leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis. Proficiency with: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • RN California License.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Masters degree. Experience within a multi-facility health care system.
