Join our Performance Improvement & Risk Management Team as Project Manager RN. You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects - taking projects from initial concept through final implementation. This includes defining project scope and objectives, developing work plans, acquiring resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to deadlines and within budget and policy and procedure formulation and implementation. You will also conduct project meetings and will be responsible for project tracking and analysis, as well as, maintaining database of all current policy documents. Additionally, you will maintain responsibility and accountability in fulfilling compliance with federal, state and local regulatory/licensing and or accrediting agencies, such as TJC, Title 22 and CMS requirements.
This position is a full time day salary/exempt position with benefits.

Job Requirements

Required License/Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Active California RN License
  • BSN – Bachelor’s in Nursing
  • 3 or more years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Experience in project management with leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency with: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management experience in acute care/hospital
  • Experience within a multi-facility health care system
  • CPHQ– Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance
