Join a winning team supporting Scripps Health as a Project Manager of Medical Management will be responsible for the overall process and maintenance of the orderset process for the enterprise.  You will be responsible for all aspects of the development, approval process, implementation and maintenance of your assigned project. This includes defining project scope and objectives, developing work plans, acquiring resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to deadlines and within budget.  Includes detailed documentation and correspondence with leaders throughout the system.
 
This is a Full Time, Salaried position located at our centrally located San Diego Scripps Office in Mira Mesa.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in management engineering, project management, consulting, and or analysis.
  • Experience leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Proficiency with: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Detailed oriented.

Required Certification/Registration:
  • Ability to obtain Epic Procedure Order Certification required within six months of hire.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience within a multi-facility health care system.
  • Experience leading and facility long term or large scale projects
  • Experience with Epic
  • Epic Procedure Order Certification
  • Order Set Application Experience
