As Physician Resources Coordinator you will provide support and assist with all activities related to Physician Resources, physician and physician extender planning, recruiting, credentialing, orientation, special projects and professional standards review.  Bring your great communication skills and thrive in this position which provides support for great patient care.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Two years' experience in areas of physician recruitment/staffing, credentialing, human resource/benefits, medical staff office, medical group administrative office.
  • Strong organizational focus. Knowledge of clinic operations.
  • Requires flexibility in dealing with multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with and gain confidence of physicians and other practitioners.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong writing skills needed to help develop letters, reports, etc.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. Solid intermediate or higher computer skill level including the creation of spreadsheets, database information input and maintenance.
  • Established proficiency with multiple software programs which may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred (appropriate experience can be substituted for education).
