Job Description

The Payroll Application Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: 5 Years experience in a payroll and/or HR support role or other directly relevant experience. Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Demonstrate understanding of technical documentation. Exhibit an expert knowledge of relevant application workflows to facilitate and provide analysis, testing and support/troubleshooting of applications. Functional knowledge of MS Office suite.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Experience with Lawson Payroll systems highly preferred. SQL experience. Experience in Healthcare related environment. HL7experience. Has led small projects or technical activities. Business acumen in functional area. Bachelors degree
