Job Description

The OnBase Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
 
The OnBase Analyst support consists of analysis, communication, implementation, problem resolution, and maintenance. Troubleshoot client service requests on an on-going basis and ensures that all activities are performed at a level of quality consistent with department standards. Exercise professional judgment to take appropriate actions. Provide ongoing support and communication to other staff members, promoting an empowered, multi-disciplinary team environment. Provides On-Call support as needed.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: At least 1 year of experience with OnBase Document Management systems.  Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Required Certification/Registration: OnBase Document Management Certified

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Experience in Health Information Management and Release of Information preferred. Has led small projects or technical activities. Business acumen in functional area. Bachelor’s degree
