The A-Visions Office Assistant is located at our Mercy San Diego in the Hillcreast area. They will responsible for performing basic clerical tasks to support the office assigned to. Duties include filing, answering telephones, shredding, photocopying and performing data entry. This person will help monitor and support the front door on the Behavioral Health Unit.
This is Casual (on-call) position.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Knowledge of basic office skills such as filing and answering telephones.
  • Familiar with the use of photocopy machines and voicemail.
  • Completion of the 180 day A-Vision Training Program.
