Nurse Practitioner – Employee Care Center – Mercy SD

We invite you to join our Employee Care Center (ECC) as a Nurse Practitioner where you be involved in program planning within the Employee Care Centers and Employee Health. Will assist Talent/Recruitment in the coordination of new hire onboarding. Will work with other nurse practitioners and medical director in the ECC to ensure clinical practice and standard of care for nurse practitioners are being met. Provides clinical supervision to nursing staff in the ECC. Facilitates point of service decision making activities, including but not limited to education, research and performance improvement for their areas of expertise.

This is a CASUAL Day shift position.

Job Requirements


• Current NP furnishing number and DEA certificate
• Current RN license with certification in adult or family nurse practitioner
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of Masters Degree in specialty or related area of expertise, MS/MSN preferred


• Two (2) years of experience in a APN/CNS role
• Prior experience in the fields of employee health and worker’s compensation
