Job Description

Leads the development and implementation of the SNF and home health and associated care coordination for the post-acute networks for Scripps, and ensures efficiency and quality performance of the network. Achieve organizational performance targets for SNF and home health networks Partner with ACO, Health Plan and operations to identify, facilitate and implement network and process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with SNF and Home Health Administrators Develops and implements effective tools to measure performance; provides actionable data to physicians and facilities. Partners with Physician dyad for SNF and home health to set performance targets, resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Bachelors degree plus 2 years of progressive broad based analytical and negotiating responsibilities is required.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Bachelor of Science degree in finance or accounting or Masters degree in business administration finance or accounting certificate of public accounting or a certificate of management accounting are preferred. Previous experience with supervising staff charged with analyzing managed care contracts is preferred. Experience in a multi-institutional setting is desireable.  Previous working experience with Epic highly preferred.  Previous experience developing and presenting high level programs desirable.
