The Scripps Coastal Medical Center in Solana Beach is located in sunny San Diego, CA and minutes from our beautiful beaches and central to the Solana Beach San Diego community near the freeway.  You will experience the pride, and support of being a member of an outstanding team at our Solana Beach clinic where we share a culture of providing excellent care to our patients and each other.
As Manager, Clinic Operations, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost effective manner. Contributes to strategic planning of business units. Coordinates the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices. Provides leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service. Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management, where appropriate.
This is a Full Time, Salaried position located in Solana Beach.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience
  • Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other applicable systems.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Five years progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or completion of formal leadership training.
  • EPIC working experience preferred.
