Scripps Clinic’s John R. Anderson V Medical Pavilion provides a “one-stop” health-care experience for people in the greater San Diego region. Located just off I-5 and Genesee Avenue, the pavilion is on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla where we offer many of the services our patient need under one roof.
Join Scripps as Manager, Imaging Services at Scripps Anderson Outpatient Pavilion, you will be responsible for the day to day imaging operations for a large cost center or multiple cost centers within a single business unit.  You will participate in system committees regarding imaging services and improvements.  The ideal candidate is confident is their experience and will leverage their skillset to support the Imaging Services Department.
This is a Full Time, Manager position located in La Jolla.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • AS degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • 5 years’ experience in General Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography or Cardiology.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial capabilities required.
  • Successful completion of an AMA approved training course in the field of radiologic technology.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • B.S. in Echo or M.S. in Health Administration.
  • Ten years clinical experience in Echocardiography  including both inpatient and outpatient services
  • ACS certification (Advanced Cardiac Sonographer
  • Direct experience with Echo Lab Accreditation (IAC)
  • Leadership experience
  • Computer skills:  direct experience with Excel, Power point, Crystal Reports
  • F.A.S.E. (Fellow of American Society of Echocardiography
