The LVN provides direct patient care under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse. the scope of their practice. Responsible for assisting the RN collecting assessment data, planning and implementing total patient care. Collaborates with other Care Team membersto assure optimal patient care. Maintains own clinical competency and mandatory education requirements.
 
This Full Time, LVN opportunity is located in our Internal Medicine department at our Rancho Bernardo Clinic. Some evening and Saturday shifts will be required.

Job Requirements

Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Data-entry skills preferred.
  • One year acute-care experience preferred.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.
  • Current LVN Licensure required.
  • IV certification preferred
Required Education/Course(s)/Training:
  • Completion of accredited LVN program.
